Bootleggers213 is a business in the fashion industry that sells exclusive, limited apparel and footwear.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 4 days and delivery confirmed by use of a unique tracking number. Eg; booking number / booking must be mentioned the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable. All delivery services will be provided by The Courier Guy.
Export restriction
The offering on the website is available to South African clients only, however Bootleggers213 is open to worldwide shipping for orders placed via email requests.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Bootleggers213 is subject to availability. In cases on unavailability, Bootleggers213 will refund the client in full within 30 days with an instore credit only. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract 10% administration fee.
All returned items must adhere to our return policy for a refund to be processed:
Clothing items and footwear must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received, including packaging.
Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
Footwear must be returned in the original box provided and packaged inside a protective shipping box.
Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 business days of the delivery date, and item(s) must be shipped back within 7 business days of an approved request. Items that do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may be sent back to the client.
Customer Privacy Policy
Bootleggers213 shall take all the reasonable seps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defines as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Bootleggers bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Bootleggers213 via PayGate 19pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL#) and no card details are stored in the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Bootleggers213 separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more details on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South African. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Bootleggers213 takes responsibility for all the aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Bootleggers213 chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purpose’s under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, ntice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature The Oceans Mall, Shop 229a, Lagoon Drive, Umhlanga, KZN.
Variation
Bootleggers may, in its sol discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
